After much review off the teams literature, the research design is almost complete. Preparations for conducting the research within real organisations are now well underway. Just a few details to iron out and the the data gathering will commence in earnest. Watch this space for updates in coming months.
Attached below is a link to the Sydney Business School site for the recent Positive 2012 - Positive Psychology conference held in Wollongong. At the conference, we introduced our innovative and unique research examining the effects of positive events on teams to some true luminaries of the academic and business world . Our research, which uses a drum circle as a powerful and consistent way to create Flow and Engagement, will begin trials in an organisation soon. Stay tuned for more info.

Since 2001, Human Rhythms have put smiles on the faces of over 100,000 people in many parts of the world and are the leaders in this very interesting area within the field of Team Building and Team Motivation. The company have agreed to come on board with our research project which seeks to examine the use of drum circles for business and corporate teams.
