Our Vision and Mission

At The Behaviour Business, we have a vision of coaching as an integrated and highly collaborative activity that fits seamlessly with related offerings such as training, teambuilding, recruitment, consulting and change management.

Our mission in bringing life to the vision above is to:

Establish collaborative relationships with likeminded companies and individuals in the provision of coaching and related services;
  • Develop the coaching industry by participating in and conducting research into the effects of coaching and effective methods of measurement and assessment;
  • Provide high quality coaching and related services to businesses and organisations.

Our Culture

We are great believers in the capability of the people and businesses that we work with and we share your passion for what you do - whatever it may be. We bring creativity, humour and momentum to our work with you. We are specialised, agile and open to experience and what this means for our customers is that, while we have a large store of our own specialist knowledge gathered over many years in organisations, we are also fast to adapt to your business and organisation. Most importantly of all, we are learners at heart and we completely expect our capabilities to grow and change as a result of working with you.
